Reservations and payment
A reservation is confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and received any deposit shown in your booking summary. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule supplied at booking.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by rate and season. The conditions that apply to your stay will be clearly shown before you confirm. Requests to change a booking are subject to availability.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early arrival and late departure may be available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
During your stay
Guests are asked to treat the apartment, its contents and our neighbours with care. Smoking, parties and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Guests are responsible for loss or damage beyond reasonable wear.
Liability
We take reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable stay. To the extent permitted by law, EcoStay is not responsible for disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
